Agreement
These terms form an agreement between you and Luxorl (, ) for the use of luxorl.com and the Luxorl VPN service and applications. By creating an account, you accept them.
Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old and legally able to enter into a contract in your country of residence.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential, for all activity on your account and for staying within the device limit of your plan.
Subscriptions and renewal
Plans are paid in advance for the selected billing period. Unless you disable auto-renewal before the renewal date, your plan renews for the same period at the renewal price shown on the plan card at the time of purchase. Prices are in US dollars; applicable taxes may be added. We send a reminder before yearly and two-year renewals.
Money-back guarantee
First purchases are covered by a -day money-back guarantee as described in the refund policy.
Acceptable use
You may not use Luxorl to break the law, attack or scan other networks, send spam, distribute malware, infringe the rights of others or resell access. Accounts used in this way may be suspended.
Service availability
We aim to keep Luxorl available at all times but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Server locations, features and supported platforms may change; we will give advance notice of material changes.
Limitations of a VPN
Luxorl improves your privacy on the networks you use. It does not make you anonymous, protect against every online threat or prevent services you sign in to from identifying you.
Intellectual property
The Luxorl name, logo, applications and website are our property. While your subscription is active, you receive a personal, non-transferable licence to use the applications.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law or affects your statutory consumer rights.
Termination
You may cancel at any time from your account; your plan remains active until the end of the paid period. We may terminate accounts that breach these terms, with notice where required by law.
